Physical Facilities and Equipment

Lafayette School & Treatment Center is located in Albemarle County. The 4,000 square foot building was built in 2000 and houses all administration, therapy, and academic offices and classrooms. Parking is adjacent to the school building. The building is handicap accessible. There are recreation facilities on grounds, and students regularly go into the community for recreational, therapeutic, or academic activities. Lafayette School & Treatment Center has a library and resource materials to teach the K-12 curriculum. The school uses community resources such as the Jefferson-Madison Regional Library, indoor recreational facilities, and local parks. Students have access to computers, TV/VCR, and the Internet in the classroom.
